Love must be should exist in a meaning relationship. If it does not, the bond will not be as strong.
I really like this quote, because it is very visual when you read it. It helps one quickly “see” what the quote truly means.
You can be dating or in a marriage, but if love is not included…the relationship might be in serious danger.

The #1 step is communication. It’s easier said than done, but we should look for ways that help us communicate better.
You can use words to communicate. You can use written letters using pen and paper, email, and text messages.
It is also a good idea to agree to have deep communication at least once a week especially if you’re already involved in a challenging relationship.
